At VitalVue Technologies Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for VitalVue subscription services.
Note: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period for new users to experience VitalVue before committing to a paid subscription:
- Trial duration: 14 days from the date of registration
- No credit card required to start the trial
- Full access to all features during the trial period
- You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges
Subscription Refunds
1. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with VitalVue, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
- After 7 Days: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions after the 7-day period
- Renewal: You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but you will have access until the end of your current billing period
2. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial annual subscription payment
- After 30 Days: Refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription. The refund amount will be calculated as follows: (Remaining months / 12) × Annual subscription price, minus a 10% administrative fee
- Minimum Period: No refunds are available after 10 months of the annual subscription period
3. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds are subject to the terms specified in your enterprise agreement. Please contact our sales team at business@vitalvue.com for information regarding enterprise refund policies.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your VitalVue subscription at any time:
- Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by contacting support
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to VitalVue until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation (except as outlined in the refund policy above)
- After your subscription ends, your account will be downgraded to a free tier (if available) or deactivated
- Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate if needed
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within the applicable refund period
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service
- You must not have previously received a refund for a VitalVue subscription
- The subscription must be in good standing (not suspended for non-payment or policy violations)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Add-on services or features purchased separately
- Custom development or integration services
- Training or consultation services already delivered
- Data export or migration services
- Subscriptions terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party resellers (contact the reseller for their refund policy)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email address, subscription details, and GST invoice number
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- A credit note will be issued for GST compliance purposes
Note: Refund timelines depend on your payment method:
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallet (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 3-5 business days
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- The full amount including GST will be refunded
- A credit note will be issued as per GST regulations
- Processing time: 5-10 business days from approval
- You will receive an email confirmation with the credit note when the refund is processed
- Your subscription access will be terminated immediately upon refund processing
Payment Gateway Processing
Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.) used for the original transaction. The gateway may take additional time to credit the amount to your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly if you have concerns about a charge. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Inability to access your data
- Potential legal action to recover costs
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute it with your financial institution and provide documentation of service delivery.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of technical issues, service outages, or other exceptional circumstances that prevent you from using VitalVue as intended, we may offer prorated refunds or service credits at our discretion. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of VitalVue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. However, any changes will not affect refund requests made prior to the policy change.
GST and Tax Information
All refunds comply with Indian GST regulations:
- A credit note will be issued within 7 days of refund approval
- The credit note will include GST details and will be available in your account
- The original invoice and credit note can be downloaded for your records
- GST paid will be fully refunded along with the subscription amount
Consumer Rights (India)
As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:
- Seek redressal for unfair trade practices
- File a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum if unsatisfied
- Receive clear and transparent information about refund policies
We are committed to resolving all refund requests fairly and promptly. However, if you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum.
